Jayne has extensive experience of working with and for people who have experienced harm. Jayne co-founded The Zito Trust in 1992 which successfully campaigned for legislative changes for the support for secondary victims of crime and mentally disordered offenders. Jayne received recognition for her work in mental health at a national level when she was awarded an OBE in 2001. In 2007 Portsmouth University awarded Jayne an Honorary Doctorate. Her work has extended to the coordination and management of victim and witness support in national public inquiries and rail disasters. She is qualified art therapist and counsellor and is currently working with victims of rape and sexual abuse. Jayne currently sits on the Strategic Board for Victim Commissioning for the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner and the MOJ Learning Group for Victims Commissioning.

Scott works as an Independent Consultant, providing a spectrum of strategic, consultative and advisory services to a number of public and voluntary sector organisations.  His previous roles have included Deputy Director for Local Government and Practice, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Director (Devon and Cornwall) Government Office South West. Prior to this he worked for the NHS in a number of roles including Development Director of Primary Care and Development Director of Health Improvement. During his time with the NHS, Scott developed a strong interest in patient safety and integrated care. He has gone on to lead a number of high profile integration programmes that empower people to take control of their own care and support. As a volunteer, Scott is a trustee of Brook the Young People’s Sexual Health Charity and is Chairman of Volunteer Cornwall.

Paul has a background in mental health and expertise in leadership and project development, capacity building, evaluation and marketing (specialising in multi-media evaluative projects through his own production company www.paulreeve.com). He has experience of communicating with service users and provider stakeholders with equal affinity leading to effective outcomes for both. He also works as a manager for mental health charity Pentreath Ltd.
